Safety Center

LSnow is for streaming, chatting and gaming with friends. Here’s how we keep it safe — and exactly what to do if something feels wrong.

If someone makes you feel weird, scared or pressured

  1. ✋
Stop replying. You don’t owe anyone an answer.
  2. 🆘
Press “I feel unsafe”. It blocks them right away, takes them off your friends, kicks them out of your call, and sends LSnow an urgent report with the messages.
  3. 💬
Tell an adult you trust — a parent, a teacher, a coach. Show them the messages.

💛 It is never your fault, even if you said or sent something you wish you hadn’t. You won’t get in trouble on LSnow for asking for help.

🚨 If you are in danger right now, call 911 (or your country’s emergency number).

Where the 🆘 button is

  • Messages — at the top of a conversation, and under any message we flag.
  • Group chats — open People, next to each person.
  • Voice calls — open the call panel, next to each person.
  • Friends — tap ⋯ next to a friend.
  • Anyone’s channel — next to the Message and Friend buttons.
  • Live chat — tap a message to report it.

🚩 Red flags — someone you met online who…

  • asks how old you are, where you live, or what school you go to
  • asks for photos of you, or sends you photos you didn’t want
  • wants to move to another app, or a private chat “where it’s just us”
  • says “don’t tell your parents” or “keep this our secret”
  • offers gifts, ❄ snowflakes, skins or money — and wants something back
  • wants to meet you in real life
  • makes you feel guilty, scared or like you owe them
  • says they’re your age, but something doesn’t add up

Any one of these is enough to press 🆘. You don’t need to be sure.

🔒 Never share these online

🛡️ What LSnow does to keep you safe

  • Calls are friends-only. Nobody can call you unless you both said yes to being friends. Group calls are only for people in that group.
  • Calls are never recorded. Voices are encrypted on the way between your devices, and LSnow never records or stores them.
  • Strangers can’t flood you. Messages from people you don’t know go to Requests, and they can only send 3 until you reply.
  • We warn you. If a message asks for your age, address, photos, or to keep a secret, you’ll see a warning under it.
  • Serious messages are flagged. The worst ones go straight to the people who run LSnow — even if nobody reports them.
  • Blocking really blocks. A blocked person can’t message, friend or call you, and can’t join a call you’re in.
  • Channel pages stay safe. About panels can’t hold a phone number, email, address, school, age or other apps’ usernames, links only go to known sites (no Discord invites), and new channel pictures are looked over by the site owner.
  • Every urgent report is read by the adult who runs LSnow, who can ban accounts.

👪 For parents & guardians

LSnow is a small streaming site. People can watch streams, chat, message, make friends, join group chats and voice-call friends.

  • Talk early. Ask who they talk to and what they play — calmly. Kids tell adults who don’t overreact.
  • Know the red flags above, and go over them together.
  • Headphones and a shared room are a good rule for voice calls with younger kids.
  • Check their friends list together now and then.

If you think a child is being targeted

  1. Press 🆘 I feel unsafe on that person (or have your child do it). This blocks them and sends us the messages.
  2. Don’t delete the conversation — police may need it.
  3. Report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678, and to your local police.
  4. If there are sexual images of a child, don’t copy, screenshot or forward them — just report.
  5. If a child is in danger right now, call 911.
